On May 20, 2014, Wang Yang, the Vice Premier of the State Council, examined ACLP's International Express Center and hosted a symposium. Also, he required Beijing to continue to take the lead of the whole nation regarding promoting the transformation and upgrading of foreign trade, and to conclude the experience that could be duplicated and popularized.
